EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY
Policy Applicability: Exclusive to chargers purchased from our website store.
At Exicom, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide reliable and timely services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased product, please review our policy below.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re here to help! Please contact our customer service team with 07(Seven) days of delivery of the product to arrange for an exchange. After confirmation of the damage or defect product based on description of issue, relevant photos or documentation and approval of your exchange request, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you if the same has been approved. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the approval.
Eligibility criteria for a refund is as follows:
- Damaged or Delayed ProductsRefunds may be issued in cases where:
- A product or any of its components purchased arrives damaged and the Company is unable to replace/exchange the product.
- Cancellation needs to happen before order is processed
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a free shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for chargers that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
